Our real estate practice encompasses work for real estate investment and development companies, building owners, retailers and brokers. We have substantial experience in shopping center development, joint ventures for mixed-use projects, foreign investment in real estate, tenant representation in office lease negotiations, syndication, brokerage commission disputes and distressed or contested situations, involving properties located both in and outside of Italy. We also concentrate in real estate lending, representing institutional investors, commercial banks and other financial institutions. Our work has included restructuring of troubled loans on behalf of government agencies, mortgage lenders, real estate developers, construction firms and real estate investors.
